Feature locked by tier
A feature shows a 🔒 or "Upgrade" badge — your tier doesn't include it.
Steps
Identify the feature. Hover the lock icon — tooltip names the required tier or addon.
Open Settings → Billing & Subscription. Read the Features card to see what's included in your current tier.
Decide: upgrade or addon. Full tier upgrade unlocks many features and raises usage limits. Single-feature addon is cheaper if you only need one capability.
Tier upgrade path. Click the higher tier column → Upgrade. Prorated charge. Effective immediately on completion.
Addon path. Scroll to Addons card. Find the addon matching the feature. Buy. Effective immediately.
Refresh. The 🔒 disappears. Top nav may need a refresh to show new entries (e.g., Inventory after buying inventory addon).
Confirm with team. Tell colleagues to refresh; new sections appear in their nav.
If still locked after upgrade. Webhook delay; click Refresh status on the billing page. If persistent for >5 minutes, contact support.
