How to use your clinic's patient portal. Sign in, see your appointments, treatment plans, prescriptions, invoices and documents, and send requests to your clinic.
The Patient Portal lets you see your dental information from your clinic online. In the portal you can:
- See your upcoming and past appointments.
- See your active treatment plans and their costs.
- See your prescriptions.
- See your invoices and payments, and pay online if your clinic accepts it.
- View and download documents your clinic has shared with you.
- Send a request to your clinic and read its replies.
- Update your email, phone numbers and address.
To book, change or cancel an appointment, contact your clinic. Some clinics also let you book on their own website.
You do not create a portal account yourself and there is no password. Your clinic registers you, and you sign in with a secure link sent to the email on your clinic record.
