Platform admin access denied
You're a platform admin but can't see a section, action, or specific tenant.
Steps
Confirm your role. Click your avatar at platform.mydentalpractice.ng. Role badge shows under your name.
Cross-check role against the action. Platform admin roles lists what each role can do. SALES can extend trials but not refund payments; FINANCE can refund but not impersonate; SUPPORT can impersonate but not change feature flags.
Hover the disabled button. Tooltip names the role required. If it doesn't match yours, that's why.
Check 2FA is current. Some sensitive actions require fresh 2FA — re-enter your authenticator code.
Check IP allow-list. Some platform actions are IP-restricted. Settings → Security → Active sessions — if you're outside the allow-list, you'll see "Restricted from this IP".
Tenant-specific access. Some Super Admins can scope other admins to specific tenants. Settings → Admins → my role — see if you're scoped.
Audit log won't show me. Audit log is scoped to your role. Super Admins see everyone; others see their own actions.
Request elevation. Open a ticket or contact a Super Admin to grant the missing permission. Documented reason expected.
