Offline sync issues
Changes made offline aren't syncing back when you reconnect.
Steps
Check connection status. Top of the app shows online/offline state. If still offline, fix that first — Wi-Fi/mobile data.
Open the sync panel. Settings → Offline → Sync queue. Lists pending changes with status — Queued, Syncing, Conflict, Failed.
Look for failed changes. Each failure has a reason — server validation, conflict, network. Click for detail.
Resolve conflicts. When two users edited the same record (one online, one offline), the conflict UI shows both versions. Pick fields to keep on the survivor.
Manual resync. If the queue stalls, click Resync now at the top of the queue panel.
Browser storage limit hit. Browsers limit local storage. Settings → Offline → Storage shows usage. If full, sync first or clear local cache.
Sync drains too slowly. Large queue (hundreds of changes) takes minutes. Watch the progress bar.
Last resort: discard local changes. Settings → Offline → Discard unsynced changes. Loses local edits. Only do this when you've decided to abandon them.
