2FA not working
Resolve issues with the 6-digit code or passkey.
Steps
6-digit code rejected. Most often: phone clock drifted. Open phone Settings → Date & Time → enable automatic time. Try the code again.
App shows different code than expected. Codes rotate every 30 seconds; you may be reading an old one. Wait for the next code, type immediately.
Lost phone with authenticator app. Use a backup code from when you enrolled. Sign in, then go to Security and re-enrol your authenticator on a new phone.
No backup codes saved. Contact your clinic admin (clinic users) or support. They'll verify your identity and disable 2FA, then you re-enrol.
Authenticator app uninstalled. Same as lost phone — backup code or admin reset.
Passkey prompt doesn't appear. Browser too old or biometric not configured at OS level. Update browser; ensure Touch ID/Face ID is set up in OS.
Passkey worked yesterday, fails today. OS-level keychain may have changed. Re-enrol the passkey at Profile → Security.
Want to disable 2FA temporarily. Profile → Security → Disable 2FA → re-enter password. Possible only if your clinic doesn't enforce 2FA.
