Invitation link expired

What to do when an invitation link no longer works.

No login required. This article is public — anyone with the URL can read and follow it.

Steps

Identify the type of invitation. Staff invitation (sent by clinic owner/admin), platform admin invitation (sent by Super Admin), patient enrolment link (clinic-issued), or your own self-signup verification email.

Check the expiry window. Staff: 7 days. Platform admin: 7 days. Patient enrolment: typically 30 days but configurable. Self-signup email verification: 24 hours.

For staff invitations: ask the inviter (clinic owner/admin) to resend. They go to Settings → Staff → Pending Invitations, click your row, click Resend. New email arrives with a fresh 7-day link.

For platform admin invitations: ask any Super Admin to resend from the platform admin console.

For self-signup verification: sign in once at the sign-in page; the system shows a "Resend verification" button. Limited to 3 per hour.

For patient enrolment: ask the clinic to share the enrolment URL again. They can also generate a fresh code from Settings → Integrations.

Don't share invitation links. Each link is single-use and tied to a specific email. Sharing won't help and may invalidate the link.

Confirm you got the right link. When the new link arrives, click immediately — don't wait again.
