Viewing your treatment plans
See proposed and active treatment plans, costs, and progress.
Overview
Treatment plans tell you exactly what your clinic has recommended, the cost, and how far along you are. You can approve a proposed plan, see what's been done so far, and track what's left.
Prerequisites
- Signed-in portal account
- Your clinic has at least one treatment plan for you
Steps
Open Treatments. Side menu → Treatment Plans.
See active plans. Each card: title, total cost, progress bar, dentist, proposed date.
Click a plan to see detail. List of items (procedures), each with tooth, cost, status.
Approve a proposed plan. If status is "Proposed", click Approve. Confirms to your clinic that you accept the plan and pricing.
See progress. Items marked "Completed" reflect work already done; "Scheduled" means booked but not yet done; "Pending" means proposed but not yet scheduled.
Read item notes. Click any item — your dentist's notes about that procedure ("requires 2 visits", "patient prefers ceramic over amalgam").
Print or download the plan. Print generates a PDF — useful to share with insurance or family.
Discuss with clinic. Message dentist opens a chat thread tied to this plan.

Troubleshooting
