Prescriptions and refills
View prescriptions issued by your dentist and request refills.
Overview
Every prescription your dentist writes appears in your portal — drug, dose, frequency, duration, instructions. Useful when you can't remember the dose, or to show a different pharmacist.
Prerequisites
- Signed-in portal account
- A prescription issued by your dentist
Steps
Open Prescriptions. Side menu → Prescriptions.
See active prescriptions. Each card: drug name, dose, frequency, prescribed by, date.
Click a prescription for full detail. Includes patient instructions, contraindications, the pharmacy if specified.
Download a printable copy. Print generates a script PDF the pharmacy will accept (your clinic's letterhead, dentist's signature placeholder).
Show digitally at the pharmacy. Many pharmacies accept the digital copy. Open the prescription in your portal.
Request a refill. Request refill sends a chat message to your dentist. They review and either re-issue or ask you to come in.
See dispense history. If the pharmacy logs dispensing in the platform, you see how much has been dispensed.
Message your dentist with concerns. Message if a side effect develops or you need clarification.
Expected outcome

Troubleshooting
