Viewing your prescriptions
See the prescriptions your dentist has written for you, with each medicine and how to take it.
Overview
The Prescriptions page shows the prescriptions your dentist has written for you. It is useful when you forget how to take a medicine. You can only read prescriptions here. You cannot request a refill or a new prescription in the portal.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in to the portal.
- Your dentist has written a prescription for you.
Steps
Open Prescriptions. Click Prescriptions in the menu at the top. The page is called My Prescriptions.
Find the prescription. Each prescription shows the date, the dentist and the diagnosis if there is one. The names of the medicines show below.
Open the details. Click the arrow on the right of a prescription. For each medicine you see the Dosage, Frequency, Duration and any Instructions.
Close the details. Click the arrow again.
Need more medicine or have a question? Contact your clinic, or send a request from Support with the category Prescriptions. Your dentist decides if you need a new prescription.
Expected outcome
- You can see each medicine, how much to take, how often and for how long.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |

| "No prescriptions" | Your dentist has not written one in the system | Ask your clinic |
| There is no "Request refill" button | The portal does not take refill requests | Contact your clinic or use Support |
| You have side effects or feel unwell | This needs a fast answer | Phone your clinic. In an emergency, get urgent medical help |
| A pharmacy needs a paper prescription | The portal does not print prescriptions | Ask your clinic for a printed copy |
