Invoices and payments

View invoices, see balances, and pay online.

Overview

Pay your clinic without queueing at reception. The portal supports card, bank transfer, and USSD (Nigeria) or mobile money (Ghana). Receipts are automatic.

Prerequisites

  • Signed-in portal account
  • An outstanding invoice
  • A payment method

Steps

Open Invoices. Side menu → Invoices.

See current balance. Top card: total outstanding, breakdown by invoice.

Read each invoice. Click any invoice card — line items, taxes, total, payment status.

Click "Pay" on an unpaid invoice. Modal with payment options.

Pick method. Card, Bank transfer, USSD. Card is fastest; bank transfer takes a few hours.

For card. Enter card details on the secure (Paystack) page. Card data goes directly to Paystack — never touches the platform.

Confirm payment. Payment processes; you see "Successful" within seconds.

Download receipt. Once paid, Receipt generates a PDF. Email auto-sent too.

View payment history. Payment history tab — all payments you've made, refunds if any.

Expected outcome

  • Invoice marked paid
  • Receipt available immediately
  • Balance reflects new total
