Booking an appointment

Book your next visit through the portal — pick dentist, date, time.

Overview

Self-service booking saves a phone call. Pick a free slot from your clinic's calendar; the appointment is created and confirmed automatically (some clinics manually approve — you'll see a confirmation email when they do).

Prerequisites

  • Signed-in portal account
  • Your clinic accepts portal bookings (most do; some clinics restrict for high-demand specialists)

Steps

Open Appointments. Side menu or top nav → Appointments, or click "Book Appointment" on the dashboard.

Click "+ Book Appointment".

Pick the visit type. Consultation, Hygiene, Filling check-up, Emergency, etc. Drives default duration.

Pick the dentist. Or "Any available" to see the broadest set of slots.

Pick the location. Multi-location clinics — pick which site you'd visit.

Pick a time slot. Calendar shows available green slots; greyed-out are booked or outside working hours.

Add a note (optional). "Tooth pain on lower-left", "follow-up to last week's cleaning".

Confirm. Booking is created. Status Pending (clinic confirms) or Confirmed immediately.

Receive confirmation. Email and/or SMS confirmation arrives. Reminders fire as appointment approaches.

Expected outcome

  • An appointment record on the clinic's calendar
  • Confirmation email/SMS sent
  • Visible on your portal under Appointments
