Dashboard overview (patient)
What you see on the patient portal home page. Your next appointment, unpaid invoices, treatment plans and check-ups due.
Overview
The dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It gives you a short summary from your clinic record. The menu at the top takes you to Dashboard, Appointments, Treatments, Prescriptions, Invoices, Documents, Support and Profile. On a phone, tap the menu button to see these links.
The first time you open a page, a short walkthrough can show you around it. You can click Help at the top of any page to read how that page works.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in to the portal.
Steps
Read the four summary cards. Next Appointment shows the date of your next visit. Unpaid Invoices shows how many invoices still need payment. Active Treatment Plans shows how many plans are in progress. Upcoming Recalls shows how many check-ups are due soon.
Check Your Next Appointment. If you have one, a box shows the date, time, type of visit and dentist. Click View All Appointments to see the full list.
See Upcoming Appointments. Your next three appointments. Click View all to open the Appointments page.
See Recalls Due. Check-ups and other recalls your clinic has set for you, with their status (for example Due or Overdue). To book one, contact your clinic.
Use Quick Actions. Shortcuts to View Appointments, View Invoices, Treatment Plans and My Profile.
Expected outcome
- You can see your next appointment, unpaid invoices, active plans and check-ups due in one place.
- The shortcuts take you to the right pages.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |

| An appointment you expected is missing | The clinic has not added it yet, or a website booking is still waiting for the clinic to confirm | Contact your clinic |
| "No upcoming appointments" | No visit is booked | Contact your clinic to book your next visit |

Signing in to the patient portal
Sign in with your last name, date of birth and phone number. We email you a secure sign-in link. There is no password.
Booking or changing an appointment
The portal shows your appointments. To book, change or cancel one, contact your clinic or use its website booking if it offers one.
