SMS settings
Manage SMS bundles, low-balance alerts, and reminder templates.
Overview
SMS is per-message billable. The platform charges from a prepaid bundle; you top up via addon. This page is where you monitor balance, set alerts, and tune templates.
Prerequisites

Steps
Open SMS settings. Settings → SMS.
Read current balance. Top card: remaining credits, average daily usage, days-until-empty estimate.
Set low-balance threshold. When balance drops below this, you get an in-app and email alert. Default 100; pick higher if your clinic sends a lot.
Top up via addon. Buy SMS bundle opens the addon purchase. 1k or 5k bundles supported.
Manage templates. Tabs for each message type — appointment reminder, recall, birthday, billing reminder. Edit per-template.
Test a template. Test send in any template editor — pick yourself, confirm rendering.
View delivery log. Tab — every SMS sent with delivery status, recipient, message text.
Investigate failures. Filter delivery log by status FAILED; provider error message visible.
Expected outcome
- Balance never unexpectedly hits zero
- Templates render correctly with variables
- Delivery log preserves audit
Troubleshooting
