Clinic profile

Update your clinic name, address, contact info, time zone, and country.

Overview

Your clinic profile drives what patients see (clinic name on receipts, in confirmation messages), how the app behaves (time zone, currency from country), and what staff sees (clinic address on documents).

Prerequisites

  • Owner or Admin role

Steps

Open Settings. Avatar → Settings → Clinic Profile.

Update clinic name. Visible to patients on receipts, emails, SMS. Be exact — your registered business name.

Update address. Street, city, state/region, country. The country drives currency (₦/₵) and tax defaults.

Update primary phone and email. Used in patient-facing messages and on receipts.

Verify time zone. Time zone affects appointment displays, automated cron jobs, and reminder timing. Mismatched time zones cause appointments to display at wrong times.

Update website URL. Optional, but appears on receipts and patient portal links. Useful for SEO.

Set fiscal year start. Defaults to January. Some clinics use April or July. Drives report periods.

Save changes. Effective immediately. Some changes (country, fiscal year) require Owner re-confirmation.

Expected outcome

  • Profile reflects accurate clinic details
  • Receipts, emails, SMS use the new info
  • Audit log entry records what changed
