Overview
Built-in reports cover the most-asked questions: how much did we earn, how many patients showed up, what's our no-show rate, which dentist treats which mix of cases.
Prerequisites
- Owner or Admin role
Steps
Open Reports. Top nav → Reports.
Pick a report category. Financial, Appointments, Patients, Clinical, Productivity. Sub-tabs further refine.
Choose date range. Default: this month. Custom range supported.
Apply filters. Location, dentist, patient tag, procedure type — depending on report type.
Read the visualisation. Charts above tables. Hover for tooltips with exact numbers.
Drill in. Click a data point — opens the underlying records (e.g., click a revenue bar to see the invoices that contributed).
Compare periods. Comparison mode — side-by-side this month vs last, this year vs last.
Share or export. Share link sends a snapshot to a colleague; Export downloads CSV/PDF.

Troubleshooting
